I said I'd probably post it when I cooked one of the zucchini's from my plant, and tonight it was my dinner! I fried up two zucchini, two summer squash, two crook-neck squash, and about a dozen mushrooms in some olive oil that had garlic flavor in it, and a tiny bit of chopped onion, salt and pepper. It was fantastic! Yum!
I bet it tasted especially yummy because you'd grown the zucchinis. I reckon home grown fruit/veg taste much more wholesome.
