Hot dogs in a cafeteria. No, I didn't eat one. Especially not one of the ones from the right side. Ick!

August 24th - Jasmine

Jasmine flowers from my neighbor's yard. I love the smell!

August 23rd - Sea lions

I was at the coast guard pier, today, and found these guys stinking the place up something awful, but they're so cute! :)

August 22nd - Nitro

My other 27 pound Border Collie mix dog, Nitro. He and Coalette are both going to be 10 this year! They're brother and sister. Don't worry, she's fixed.

Fun Things.

August 19th - Seven Gables Inn

This is the Seven Gables Inn, on the corner of Fountain and Ocean View in Pacific Grove, CA. It's huge, this is only one of the buildings. You can't see it in the photo, but to the right, just after the side of the road is the Pacific Ocean. It seems like a wonderful place to stay. I've never been inside the building, but I think it's beautiful.

August 18th - Anti-Hitler Cat

My neighbor's cat, with the opposite of Hitler's mustache. Lol.

August 17th - Door and truck

A skinny door in the tunnel in New Monterey, CA. The tunnel is very yellow. The tile is yellow, the door is painted yellow, and the lights are yellow. But sometimes it pays to get stuck in traffic, when it means you get to take a nifty picture. Lol. :)

The second picture is of what appears to be an older fire truck. I liked the way it looked.

August 16th - Pepper plant

Some sort of pepper plant. If you know what kind it is, please tell me. :)

August 14th - Bird houses

Some bird houses on a ladder in my neighbor's yard. I like them.

August 13th - Pepper and Coalette

Two of my dogs, Pepper, a 6 month old chihuahua (5 lbs), and Coalette, a 10 year old border collie mix (27 lbs).

September 30th - Notebook

I had this little brown notebook that was a little too plain, so I doctored it up with some green and white paper, and rubber stamps. I think it turned out really cute! :)

That's it for my month of cell phone pictures. It was fun, but the month is over. I've learned a lot about the capabilities of my LG Neon phone camera. I don't know when I'll post another photo, probably next week, though, because I'm going to go to Point Lobos with a friend. Have a great week! :)

September 29th - Portrait of a "Gurl"

Here's a female seagull. I seem to always shoot photos of the boys, because they're so pretty. She let me get really close before she started to look a bit nervous, too. :)

And because I seem to like to do this, lately, here's a "watercolor" of a rose.

September 28th - Beginner Ballerinas

Beginner Ballerinas:

I made it into a watercolor, partly to hide the identity of those in the picture, and partly because it was just asking me to do so. I adjusted one girls foot that wasn't in exactly the right position, and added a skirt onto another for continuity.

Bonus shots:
This tripped me out. I was walking down the sidewalk, and saw the word, "tree" spray painted here. I'm wondering if the city is planning on putting a tree there, or if someone thinks there should be a tree there and is making a suggestion? So strange...

This is one my child took, of a lamp. I cropped it, adjusted the levels, and put a thin border on it. I think it turned out rather well.
