January 4th - Then and Now

My old (Old!) cell phone on the left (the yellow one with the green frogs and palm trees), and my current one on the right (the green one). How are you liking my old frog phone cover and holographic frog sticker? :) My new phone is much lighter, and fits in my pocket. It also has web access and a camera and a music player. How times have changed.

Seems a bit more yellow than green, but hey, it works! Sadly, I'm still of the "THEN" generation in my cellphone. And doing the stupid "tap, tap, tap" to get to the letter I need on the number button.
I also like your choice of fonts for the Then and Now! Very fitting!

Wow what a difference in them, I wonder what they will look like in another few years???
This one looks very lemony yellow to me, but it's very bright and I like bright!

Amazing how fast phones changed the past years. I'm still happy with mine though, small but functional : to call & text. That's all I need it to do.
And tell time, it has replaced my watch as well ;)

Times sure have changed! I love the bling on the phone :) I still remember that Nokia 5110, it was so expensive when it first came out.

Eury - which one, the yellow or green? :)

Whalelight - Thanks. I made that (of course). ;) Oh, and I got the phone for free, it was just after the new models came out. Obsolete the minute I got it, but it worked, so whatever. Story of my life. ;) My current phone is the only one I've paid more than $20 for, and it was only $30. And, I hate it. Yup, yup. The so-called "calendar" feature SUCKS. That's what I bought it for, too. That, and the keyboard. That'll teach me to buy online without testing out phones in the store first. :P

Heh.. I came across an old bagphone the other week. Now that is HUGE leap. I'm not sure how anyone moved around with those! I think the phones are cute for accessories even if they dont work so great. :)

Well, I am sure you will be disappointed in the new one until it gets a little froggy bling! I think my phone is in the middle between those - but no frogs!

I also see it a bit lime green to yellow, but I guess green nonetheless. Love the look of both your phones being in green. And yes, times have certainly changed, but I just don't seem to be able to keep up. I still like the old one...

Both phones look a lot of fun, mobiles have changed overtime and not always for the better.
It would be hard to test a phone properly in the shop, maybe they should have loan models to test for a few days...
